Last night was a good game up until the second half. The mustangs go the ball first and scored with a 55 yards pass from quarterback #13 Bustamante to wide reciever # 2 Espinoza. then the wildcats came back and scored 2 unanswered touchdowns before the half. But the wildcats first drive was stoped short. wildcats quarterback #15 lane threw an interception which was intercepted by #2 Espinoza. Then the wildcats came back and scored those 2 td before the half. #13 bustamante threw 2 deep passes to #12 soriano.but didnt manage to score.the wildcats came back and scored 2 more touchdowns and that was it. Leading recivers for the mustangs were #12 soriano with 96 yards on 3 catches and #2 espinoza with 72 yards on 3 catches also. the leading recivers for elgin were #81 johnson with 21 yards on two catches and # 80 thompson 15 yards on one catch. the final score was 27-7 in favor of the wildcats. good luck to both varsitys tonight at manor.
