Its offical, heard straight from the horse's mouth so to speak....I think its a good thing....a lot of small schools dont play in the SQT's because they get drilled by the big schools...this gives you the option if you are a WOS, Gilmer, Celina etc you can still go against the big boys if you want but maybe if you are a small school like Rockdale or Stafford you can play against schools your own size....

Going against SLC was fun, even though they beat us by 2 pts. :(

I wonder who they are going to get to call these games this year. TASO has told its officials that they can not do it and retain their TASO affiliation.

They'll be getting the refs from the Bud Light/Miller LITE commercials...

The TASO thing is not true according to the president of the 7 on 7 committee...they will still ref all SQT's and the state tournaments

all I know is that Bandera played with all of the 5a schools every year. We have been to the state tourney the last two, and we actually beat the second place team in bracket play this year, what was it Rockwood or something like that?
