they are deep frying everything these days...twinkies, ding dongs, etc. , they say it is all good deep fried...but i have not tried yet

I like deep fried shrimp and oysters. Fried cheese ain't too bad either.

I'm a cooking teacher and have not heard of this - haven't made it to the State Fair yet, though. We will be trying this out in class just to see what they taste like. Will let you know.
