The price has already dropped in Japan due to large game making companys such as Square Enix and Konami being angry that they will lose sales with hits such as Square Enix's Final Fantasy series and Konami's Metal Gear Solid series plus more.

The only reason I want a PS3 is because of those two game series.

I think I might be getting a 360 in a couple of weeks. It is not set in stone, but it looks very likely. It's been a while since I actually had an up-to-date game system. The PS3 is just too expensive right now.

I'm going to try and hold out on a PS3 until Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots comes out.

P.S. if you are getting a 360 you NEED Oblivion
