By TODD WILLS and BRETT VITO / The Dallas Morning News

Allen quarterback Nathan Dick (6-4, 200) said that he will join his brother Casey at Arkansas, days after he said he was no longer going to Rice after coach Todd Graham and offensive coordinator Major Applewhite left the school.

Oral commitments are nonbinding. The first day a recruit in the Class of 2007 can sign a national letter of intent is Feb. 7.

•Arkansas picked up another Dallas-area commitment from Richardson Berkner defensive tackle Adrian Campbell (6-6, 255).

•Keller Fossil Ridge defensive tackle Chris Perry (6-3, 319) said he has committed to Miami, Fla. – again. Perry had been committed to Miami for several months before backing off of that and pledging to Nebraska earlier this month.

•Flower Mound defensive end Eric Wood (6-3, 215) has committed to South Dakota State.

•Three recruits have switched their commitments to Texas Tech: Fort Bend Marshall defensive end Tyrone Soniers (6-2, 225, from Kansas State), Vidor offensive lineman Jerrod Gooch (6-4, 290, Texas) and Brownsboro offensive lineman Lonnie Edwards (6-5, 205, Baylor).

•North Texas picked up recruits from two runnings backs: Nederland's Micah Mosley (6-1, 205) and Northeastern Mississippi Junior College's Cam Montgomery (6-2, 195).

•San Antonio Churchill tight end Ian Harris (6-3, 217) said he has switched his commitment from Missouri to Texas.

•Greenhill linebacker Alvin Jordan (6-2, 228), No. 89 on SportsDay's Area Top 100, said that he has committed to Louisiana-Monroe.

if Dez Bryant wastes his talent at UNT he is dumber than even his grades show him to be.....
