RANKING THE COACHES
Here's a look at columnist Jean-Jacques Taylor's take on Jerry Jones' head coaching hires on a scale of 1-10:
Jimmy Johnson (9): Would've been a 10, if he had stayed to win a third straight Super Bowl in 1994
Chan Gailey (7): 18-16 overall record was fine, but can't get over the fact he thought Jeff Ogden – yes, Jeff Ogden – was better than Michael Irvin
Barry Switzer (6): Would've been higher since he won a Super Bowl, but he lost points for getting caught with gun at airport
Bill Parcells (5): Failed to come close to meeting expectations and his teams consistently underachieved.
Dave Campo (2): The nicest guy you'll ever meet, but he didn't exert enough control over the team or Jerry
