No, he is listed as FR on the roster, not RS FR, VWG.

This is great for Joseph, and he will get to join ex Sweetwater teammate offensive lineman Giles (Bootsey) Montgomery, on what promises to be a pretty potent offense, for several years to come. Congrats Joseph! You deserve it.
