I admit it takes some luck to have runs as the Patriots have had the last 5 or so years, but you gotta be good enough to set yourself up for that luck...

the Patriots are the ultimate TEAM... may not have all of the best players, but they play TEAM ball like no other team I've ever seen to be honest... that's where their success comes from, not luck really...

great teams always have the combo of great players coaches and a lil luck thrown in...Pats have had two plays go their way the past two weeks..

Brady's INT on 4th down where the Charger fumbled and then this week...

I can see where you see Luck there... but they still had to score after the recovery and the Chargers still had chances to score, their defense kept San Diego out of the endzone after that, so it wasn't really luck, that was just another part of the game... if they take that fumble and do nothing with it, it wouldn't have been luck...

I swear to our Creator, if the Colts win this game I will not watch another NFL game for the rest of my life. And I want to appoint one of yall to hold me to that, however that may be.

Although I may like someone else on here, I am not giving up on high school ball. Thats really the reason for this board, and I'm not going to bind myself into something too extreme. Come on, Iam not that bad am I ?

I agree that it's not just luck.....Belicheck has put together great strategies with whatever players he has. Players have left, ass't. coaches have left, and they keep on winning. They take advantage of opportunities.

However, Brady IS starting to throw more INTs; and (non-sequitur) Belicheck gave what might be the worst post-game interview ever by a losing coach. The guy's won three super bowls and gave ZERO PROPS to a Colts team that beat New England twice this year.....seemed a little bitter. That could bring the Pats some bad karma/luck for sure.

WHAT IN THE HECK AM I DOING UP AT THIS HOUR????? Don't forget Lovey Smith is from Big Sandy, Texas. He played on the team that split with Celina for Co-State Champions in 1974.

Colts running back Dominic Rhodes played for MSU in Wichita Falls also.
