Marty will be back for one more year. He turned down a one year extension too. Next year is make or break for him.

I like him as a coach, but he will have to win in the playoffs to keep his job. Go Chargers!

when his son pulled out of the Miami opening, I thought that it was a sign that Marty was losing his job and wanted the Dolphins job. Good for him though; he gets another year with the league's best RB, but if he doesn't win next year, he's in some deep trouble.

Maybe he should turn the reins over to someone else come playoff time. He's good for the regular season. Just sucks during the playoffs.
