You would think they would atleast open at 10. The buses were already delayed an hour.

I'm putting the over/under at 10% for the amount of students that actually go. Even all the city offices are closed.

Actually, the busses didnt run late this morning. Dallas opened on time. Supposedly there were some stations that reported Dallas as closed or opening late but they were mistakes.

On one of the local drive shows...teachers were calling in saying "no you're wrong...we're closed and don't have to go in today." So they called up the DISD Admin offices and were told that yes schools were open today! I wonder how many teachers show up today...:doh:

when Superintendents call the news agencies they are supposed to supply a password in order to keep just anybody from calling and reporting a school closing. Our Sup told me this morning he was worried when he called a couple of them and wasnt asked for a password!

Was at Madison today and it was just about completely empty. They had less than 80 kids show up for school today.

UNT was closed today, meaning I officially missed an entire week of school!!!! With MLK and today, I didn't have to go to my only class, which is on Monday and Wednesday!

The roads werent that bad in side Dallas except on the south side for the most part and even then it was bridges. On the north
side in Frisco and Plano and Celina the roads were much worse although they cleared up by lunch pretty much.

Wow. The Headstart in Sinton was closed today and it didn't even snow here. LOL :D
