Just in time for the Nueces County Livestock Show. Seems like the weather is always bad for Stock Show week

Didn't you know, Weathermen are supposed to provide bad weather for stock shows...........it's in their contracts. Travis Co (Austin) is having their county show this week too........Ain't it great!

There is/was some ice on the overpasses. I know b/c my brother hit an ice patch and wrecked his truck! :doh: :doh:

There were two wrecks on the harbor bridge earlier; Channel 6 is reporting TxDOT sanded it at about 5:30

I know. It never seemed right when it was hot during the stock show. At least now they have a new showbarn which hopefully is warmer than the old one. No more trash can fires to keep warm.:D

It happened early this morning. He is okay, thank God. It happened on the HWY 77 overpass headed south as you are leaving the 5pts area!! He is clueless when it comes to driving in these type of conditions. He was going way too fast and then hit the brakes when he started his skid and women are suppose to be bad drivers!! :hand: ;)
