I don't want to take the time to make this into a set of images to post on here...and even if I could half of the material isn't the most appropriate. It's pretty dang funny though.

Anybody that has worked for a major corporation (especially one that deals with the general public) can appreciate the thoughts expressed by this guy...

Didn't this already get posted? Don't get me wrong it's hilarious. I worked as a manager for the Sitel Corp which does contract customer service, Verizon is actually a client. Inbound customer service does suck and I saw a whole lot of exit interviews that said very simular things.

I've watched it 20 times and I can't get over how quick he snaps back with "mustache" and why in the world the reporter keeps shaking in agreement???
