I worked in a call center as a manager for about 2 years and I got a few exit interviews that were simular. Customer service sucks, lemme tell you.

Now that's classic!

I absolutely LOVED my exit interview. It was done by a lady in our HR division. The lady kept saying "I can't write that answer down" and I'd respond "It's true - if you don't want to write it, then put down whatever you want."

You'll never be more honest than in an exit interview. No need for little white lies, holding your tongue or looking the other way. People don't know how do deal with honesty.
