dang Hester had a sick return for a TD but you saw that block in the back on the very first block... :(

hmm...that wasn't much of a block in the back once you saw the replay. No wonder they didn't give a player #!

Grossman still made a lot of mistakes. He got lucky

I think his biggest problem is not exactly his INTs. . .but it's the fact that he consistently doesn't put the ball on the right side of his receivers. His passes are always thrown behind them where they have to adjust to the ball and it screws up their routes and causes mistakes.

He better get his stuff together for next week, because if the Saints get the ball to start OT I don't see them choking it away like the Seahawks.

yes, he completed passes. but i give the receivers all the credit because Grossman could not put the ball on thier numbers. They would always have to move around to catch it

I was really pulling for the Seahawks in this one. They almost pulled off the upset but oh well. They played a lot better today than they did the last time they faced the Bears. Chicago's D is gonna have their hands full next week. Should be a good one. I'm going with the Saints by 10.

I say the Saints by 10 as well.

I guess if Grossman didn't suck they would have gone 16-0 instead of 13-3. Plus all these pansy teams left in the playoffs - anybody should have beat the Seahawks.
(Sorry Cowboy fans but this thrasing of Grossman is too much).

I thought Grossman did well today. Everyone expected him to stink the joint up and he throws for over 250 yds. Only bad point was the fumble which is what he has done all year (6 I think). He does decent, leads his team to the NFC Championship and he still takes a beating.

Am rooting for da Bears in a cold cold Soldier field (If the Saints win will be a cool, feel good story though).

Didn't he have a 3.6 passer rating in one of their games this season?

The Bears win DESPITE Rex Grossman. . .not BECAUSE of Rex Grossman. Also, it isn't like the NFC is just chock full of heavyweights.....

Litany, I put aside all prior disagreements between you and I , and declare you my ally.

They deserve to lose to the Saints simply because of Grossmans comments after the game. Like " I dont care how we won, as long as we did " proves that he knows he was no part of their success. He doesnt have the brain power to be a pro QB. Simple as that. So to all who hang off the Grossman jock and have cried on this thread about our disrespect of your boy, go ahead and think his pathetic play will outscore the Saints .

The Bears haven't had a decent quarterback for 40 years. Grossman is no Manning or Brees but despite his mistakes he gives them a new threat. Realize this has been Grossman's first full year in the NFL. Anybody remember Aikman's first year in Dallas?

I'm not saying that Grossman will ever be an Aikman, but goodness folks - there's an awful lot of venum out there towards the kid. There's a lot of really really good quarterbacks who've never made it to the NFC or ACF championship games. The game is not all about quarterback rankings, it's about winning ball games.
