Heavy LSU lean right now for Tolliver.

Can't go straight to the NFL by rule. Must be out of hs 3 years. Remember Maurice Clarett? Upheld in court too.

Basketball = now have to be 1 year removed from hs (new rule, see Kevin Durant & Greg Oden)

Baseball = if go D1, then must be 21 yrs. old or 3 years out of hs to be draft eligible again (juco guys can leave after 1 year)

Still don't how different leagues can make different rules. But the courts have stayed true on this.

Very talented athlete, but he plans to only play college football as of now. That was speculated at one time.
