AND IF A PLAYOFF SYSTEM IS PUT INTO PLACE, SUCKS TO BE ALOT OF TEAMS, BECAUSE THE DEFENSE RULES, AND SO DOES THE SEC!

I think the SEC is by far the best Conference in the nation. The Big XII was not good at all this year. It was a down year for football period. NCAA was down, and I think the NFL is on a down year. That just me though :)

I was just saying in general and I just think football is down this season. Yes, the AFC is not on a down year. I just think a lot of teams and franchises are haveing a bad year.

Me too.

As far as conferences, nobody can touch the SEC this year. At least five teams who could've legitimately hung in with or beaten any team in the country.

As far as the NFL, let's wait until it all plays out. The Iggles and the Saints are a lot closer in talent to the Chargers and Colts than most people realize.

Oh, and for about a decade and a half, the AFC couldn't win the big game. I'm an AFC guy myself, but we had a bunch of down years.

SEC overall the deepest, plus the NC for Florida & top 3 in LSU. Auburn awfully good too.

Big East better than most thought: 5-0 in the Bowls this year.

there is no body jumping on the bad wagon around here...nobody claims to be a flordia fan...just proving a point that the SEC is the best confrence in the nation...

and i want BOISE STATE to play a decent team next year...and OU is not a good team, they won the big 12 by default....

These things run in cycles though and you never know from one year to the other. But if Saban builds Bama into a power with the top teams they have with Florida, LSU, Arkansas, etc. they may be the super conference. Of course I have heard of others in the past.
