Your UF/OSU halftime thoughts...

1. Just stating the obvious: OSU is being outplayed in every facet of the game. Amazingly, it's still within reach even though the first half was so lopsided.

2. This game is being won in the trenches. The UF O-line is getting a push every run down, dominating the d-line every pass down, and doing a great job of picking up blitzes.

3. UF is outrunning OSU like a roided Canadian sprinter would outrun Rosie O'Donnell, but a lot of that has to do more with effort and hustle than with speed. I want to see if OSU comes out to play in the second half.

i have been very impressed with the D-Line of UF and think they are dominating the game

The Florida front 4 on defense are just owning the Buckeyes offensive line. Troy Smith is running for his life when he tries to drop back. How many times has he been sacked so far?

I am surprised, but maybe I shouldnt be. I remember someone mentioning the 92' or 93' season when Alabama whooped the U and how this game might end up like that one did on an earlier thread. Its starting to look exactly like that one did, Florida will surely score a lot more points though,barring a miracle.

It really helps when Florida has to go an average of 47 yards for score...short field makes it pretty easy...but Ohio State is getting dominated...

I thought Troy Smith was faster than that....doesn't look like much of a dual threat...

I do feel bad for Ginn. :( Too wait all that time to play and then to get hurt. That is just awful.

Hopefully, he'll have plenty more games in front of him at the next level!!
