If your kid is trespassing on railroad tracks, vandalizing private property and endangering lives by spray painting on signal equipment and he gets gets hit by a train and die, you should sue before he is even put in the ground.

It's pretty obvious to me that this is all the railroad's fault! If they hadn't had two trains crossing the boys' path at the same time, he never would have been killed...:rolleyes: :devil:
