"New" clock rules in college not working

Well, these new clock rules aren't working if they want to keep the games under 3 hours....These games on Fox are taking for EVER...this ND LSU game has been on fgor 3 hours and it's not the 4th qtr yet....The NCAA really botched this up they should have just left everything alone if their wasn't enough evidence for that already

they're not talking about major bowl games when they do this, they are talking about the everyday saturday games

why you think the super bowl is 8 hours long man

if they want to shorten games they need to keep the clock rolling on first downs and not wait for the chains to reset....like in the NFL.
