Yes....LHPM and I have been lobbying for it for quite a while now. It just took a little longer to figure out how to do it on here, since this board isn't set up for temporary bannings!

There most likely won't be any hard fast conditions. It is after all a judgement call. We're still discussing pertinent details. For now, look at this as a final warning device. It should in NO way be construed to replace permanent bans. That will always remain a valid option.

This is currently in the experimental stage and we will evaluate it's worth as we go.

cool - so any "T.O. like" posters will get a longer suspension for the same offense than someone like, well, me !!! :D

It will depend entirely on the judgement of the leader making the decision, or a group of us if they so desire. The mods have always had the option to discuss with the rest of us if they feel the need to do so. There is no rule that they HAVE to, and no one will over-rule them if they don't. As always, the admins will stand firmly behind any decision made by a moderator.

In the fwiwd, I think it is a good call. One suspension then a ban would seem to be fair to both sides in any arguement as a warning and a promised consequence.

He made several inapproriate remarks. The thread that these remarks were made on have been removed from the board.

Haha I guess you already noticed that. I really dont know. I left a little trivia about a certain subject on a thread he started yesterday before I went to sleep. I got a feeling something was posted in reply this morning before I got back on here. We were only talking about mens genitals. I mean, it was all clean.
