I think to have a freshman qb replacing a living legend in Austin and to still be in the hunt with 2 games to play, thats impressive. That Iowa team had some dang good talent, they just didn't seem to put it together much this year. They played their hearts out against UT and I think that's the team they could have been all year. Now UT didn't play it's best but did what it had to do to win. Chumps, surely you jest.

This was a great Iowa team that before mid season were considered a good contender for the Big 10 Championship but their season collapsed when they were upset by Indiana. Don't be fooled. They were a great team even though they went 6 - 6 and they really made the effort against us in the Alamo Bowl game. Drew Tate is going to be a steal for someone in the draft.
