with a six team district, each team averages 14 slots (some teams more, some less)
with most 3A teams using 2 way players, it means most starters make all-district
it's too watered down IMHO

Kicker - Gio Magallon, Liberty Hill.

No offense to LH or Gio for making the game winning kick in the State Championship Game. How can someone make all district kicker WITHOUT attempting a FG during a District game? His only FG attempt all year came in the before mentioned Championship game. Sure most will say what about KO's or extra points,which he had alot of because of the LH scoring machine. If I remember correctly he didn't do KO's during district play it was a lineman. Just curious. It kinda makes Dogdad's comment very valid!!!! Fire away!!!!

So basically all you have to do is play running back to get all district? Notice all 5 teams are represented. 3 at first, 2 for second. Insane. ALL FIVE quarterbacks listed? What a watered down "recognition system" we have these days. Hey what the hell. Let's just go ahead and add that fourth team to playoffs while we're at it.

first of all, nowhere on this board does it say "you must congratulate" anyone. I have my opinion as does everyone else.

But moaning because someone DIDN'T make it?? Just the opposite. It seems like EVERYONE made it. If I counted right, 9 offensive players and 10 defensive from Cameron made these lists and I think I had Liberty Hill 11 and 10. Again, this doesn't even include honorable mention! It's overkill for this many names to be listed. Where is the prestige??
