5 yard passes are why Kolb has more passsing yards than any Active D1 QB

Yes
he has a better arm than Carr
He can handle the pressure better

No, he can't make all the throws that Carr makes, but he may be able to handle pressure better. Who knows until he actually suits up?

Right now he looks like a second-day pick.
