What did you eat for Christmas dinner?

My mom made all the traditional Christmas stuff for all our family...I ate tamales (hey it's just as traditional as ham and turkey in our family!)

On the table on Christmas Eve:

chips & dips
fried chicken - LMAO (don't ask)
tamales
smoked turkey
tons of Christmas cookies

On the table Christmas day:

LUNCH:
lasagne
chicken parmesan
garlic bread
:doh: we forgot the salad
and
shrimp cocktail :eek:

DINNER:
more smoked turkey
and grilled chicken

promptly thrown up after the Cowboy loss. ;)

Had dinner at home with family. Pork Roast, mashed taters, english peas, corn, gumbo (huge pot), rolls, cakes, cookies, wines, cheeses, the works. Totally stuffed.

We had fried catfish, fries, and hush puppies, along with brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and pecan pie. *Sigh*

Christmas eve at my babysitters was Lasagna and garlic bread...

Christmas eve at my house was spaghetti and garlic bread


Christmas day at my baby sitters house was Brisket, Cheesy Mashed Taters, Baked Beans, summer sausage, olives and pie

Christmas day at my house was Steak Shrimp Baked Taters Rolls and pie...

since I had to come back on Christmas Day...we did our christmas dinner on Christmas Eve.

Ham (cuz RMAC likes it :mad:)
Beef Tenderloin
Twice baked potatos
Sweet potatos
Cherry Tomatoes
green beans (they weren't normal...they were long, slightly cripsy, and with a bit of spicy seasoning")
shots of vodka
an assortment of breads and pies
and I think I'm forgetting something else...

for Christmas day we had leftovers along with some leftover pizza as well! :)

After the Cowboys game:
Indigestion caused by poor play by the cowboys

2 Extra-strength Tylenol
Swore to never get sucked into believing in the boys again!

lol it was all great... except i went and worked out for 2 hours today! had to atleast TRY to work some of it off
