With the Orangefield's upset of previously unbeaten Liberty in week 11, there are now 4 unbeaten teams in class 3A. Two are in Division I, (Burnet & Gainsville) and two are in Division II (Bellville & Gilmer) all with possible showdowns at the title games.
These look like the teams that have the best chance at a state title, although nothing is a lock. Too many other good teams are still alive to send the trophy to the engravers just yet. Congatulations to each of these 4 teams on a fantastic season so far.
