With two weeks to go these teams are in a tight race for the #1 pick, who does each team pick with their #1 pick?

Brady Quinn, Adrian Peterson, Calvin Johnson

Do you think Detroit would draft another WR or RB with their 1st round pick?

Detroit has Roy Williams and Big Mike. Their runningback is Kevin Jones who is pretty good. I say Brady Quinn

Looks like Detroit may need another RB:
Details of Jones' injury are still unavailable, but team officials are concerned that he may have a Lisfranc fracture-dislocation, which is the same injury that kept Lions linebacker Teddy Lehman out for nearly 12 months.

They could pick up a decent RB in free agency. You can't pass up arguably the #1 prospect in this years NFL draft.

Anyone think Brady Quinn wont be the #1 overall pick?

Jimmy Clausen could beat him out coming out of HS according to what every scout has said about him. "The best QB recruit to ever come out of HS"

Detroit - Joe Thomas or could very well trade down. Quinn is also a possiblity as Kitna has been quite inconsistent.

Oakland - Joe Thomas or Brady Quinn. They need somebody to protect the QB if they're going to keep Art Shell's 5 and 7-step drop passing offense in place. WR isn't as big of a priority. If they end up at #3 they could look at Adams at DE from Clemson.

Tampa Bay - They like what they saw in Chris Simms before he was hurt so they probably don't go out and take a QB. Joe Thomas fits them very well also. If they're at #3, DE Adams and DT Okoye from Louisville are distinct possibilities.

Of these 3 teams, Quinn is most likely to end up in Oakland. There is also a chance that another team trades up a few spots (maybe Houston trying to make up for last year???) and one of these teams moves down a slot and picks up a quality lineman to try and get better up front. As with any team at the top of the draft...they have a lot of places that need improvement.
