Can someone tell Desmond Howard that A&M plays Cal & not Texas? He just said on the pregame that he can't wait for Aaron Ross to cover DeSean Jackson in the Holiday Bowl. Get your facts right Wolverine!

The look on the other guys' faces was priceless. No one said a word.

No, but you would think an ESPN guy would have his facts together a little more. He said it twice.

Is Florida State playing Ohio State now too?

Carter, why the hate?

TCU is a solid program about to win 11 games. Look out in Austin next year when they play the Horns. That will be a good game.

Since 2000, TCU is 63-21 (& about to be 64-21). Weak conference or not, those are good #s. Five 10 win seasons during that time too.

They have beaten OU, Tech, & Baylor in the past 2 years. Did you know TCU finished #9 in the Coaches Poll last year overall?

All due respect to Northern Illinois, but TCU should never have been matched with them in this bowl---it is an obvious mismatch at this point---TCU has a lot more athleticism than NIU, and should be playing a stronger team. A bowl bid, yes, but I don't think this game is one TCU will be able to savor a lot of pride in winning. The stands don't appear to be exactly SRO, either.

NIU Blocked Punt For A TD, 30-7 With About 13 Minutes Left

This is a mismatch...TCU is much much better than NIU....Frogs can take pride in back to back 11 win seasons...they are a perennial Top 25 team..which for TCU is unbelieveable!

yes, that is correct the horned frogs will have a great DE back for the next season.

And just to prove how good the TCU defense is The Nation's Number 1 leading rusher who had around 240 all purpose yards against the Ohio State Univeristy, was held to 28 yards rushing and only 31 all purpose yards. GO TCU!!!! Great game FROGS!!!

Tommy's such a good kid, too. A big cut-up and goofball, but one of the best teammates anyone could ask for.

I feel asleep watching this game last night. Afteer the first two plays I told someone this one was gonna be a massacre. Wolfe will have to learn to return kicks if he hopes to play in the NFL. He was dominated last night and if he thinks the Frogs d looks good wait til he sees Ray Lewis bearing down.

To be fair to Wolfe his Oline was dominated by the TCU Dline. Im not sure if any pro RBs couldve ran on that TCU D the way the NIU Oline played.Bonner(4a Beville) and Blake(3A Aransas Pass) played very good last night. The announcers said alot of good things about Blake. He should be top 5 DE prospect for '08 Draft.

Your right the Ol was dominated. Wolfe however is not capable of making his own holes.

I think when he gets drafted AP should put up a billboard with his accomplishments like the one Rockport has for Dat Nguyen.

Amen to that. Had him in class and he was the biggest cut up in that class, literally and figuratively.
