I love when you have a darkhorse team come from outta nowhere and no one knows Where they came from.

I had them losing to Hutto in the first round. Man was I wrong!!! I've never pulled for the Rockets (used to be in the same district in the early 90's) but I guess I will now. Good luck in the Championship game!!!

We played them at the beginning of the year and beat them soundly so we were not impressed. But kept up with them and they seemed to find something around the china springs game and have been eating them up ever since. They showed flashes against us and have Randy Kitchens. We were impressed with him. There were only two teams to gain 100 yds on us and they
were one of them.

I think it's great! They just kinda came outta nowhere and reguardless of whether they win or lose this weekend, any team that makes it to the state championship game is a winner in my book!

after i saw them on film early in the season I knew they would be pretty good...didnt kn ow THAT good though.

I will say towards the end of the season I had them having a good chance. Their stats kept climbing and the bracket was favorable. I did pick them over Hutto. But at the beginning of the season I just thought they might make the playoffs and lose.

Robinson will surprise in 3A.Very quick team (though not large) with many weapons at the skills positions.

This year should start a solid run for the Rockets considering the talent they have now and the talent coming up for the next few years.
