Charlie Weis? in 1989 he was the head coach at Franklin Township High School in New Jersey. He won a Super Bowl the next year with the New York Giants as a defensive assistant for Bill Parcells.

When Dodge interviewed with Parcells last spring or whenever it was, he was a serious candidate for the TE's job. Parcells said he wasn't scared to hire high school coaches if they knew the game of football. He did hire Weis! Look where Weis is now!

Dodge will probably get some decent kids, but UNT is not going to be a big TV draw anytime soon and most big time recruits wanna be seen on TV to get their NFL draft prospects bumped up....

All Dodge has to do is win the weak conference they are in and the NewOrleans bowl a couple times and a bigger program will come calling....maybe Tech after Leach goes to coach Louisville after their coach goes to Auburn after their coach goes to A&M after their coach is.....well.....fired......
