The Weekly Downlow "Oh Stop It Already" Award Finalists (12/10/06)

At the request of some...I've changed the award to a more PC-friendly name in hopes of keeping this idea going. I couldn't narrow it down to just 3 finalists...so this week you'll get 6 of them. Voting will end tomorrow at 1:40 PM CST

1. DominicFrank...for his comments about Greenwood and/or Wylie. He was nominated multiple times by multiple posters.

2. Coach...for his comment about the recruiting that goes on in the inner city schools of south Dallas (aka the Ghetto).

3. Adidas410s...for using the girls' abnormal levels of gullibility against them in the pick'em game! :evillol::evillol::evillol:

4. Tiger WR/Marlin Fan/etc...for stating that they thought it was "really cool" to see a fight break out at the Liberty Hill/Giddings football game and they wish it had gone the way of the FIU/Miami brawl from a few months ago.

5. AggieJohn...for trying to take part on the board by posting vicariously through other members while he is on his self-imposed ROM.

6. Giddings Coach Fitzhenry...for his comments in the Austin papers following his team losing to Liberty Hill in the playoffs.

well that wouldn't be any fun...we might not get a winner that way! I guess I could've combined the two options in regards to the LH/Giddings debacle...but they were two seperate incidents.

and that LH/Giddings fight was pretty cool. but giddings is ghetto, so we all pretty much expected it to happen sometime during or after the game.

Those idiots who wanted it changed from just shut up dont know the origin of it....its not like someone on the DL came up with it is orginally from mike and mike it needs to be changed back
