Actually, I believe that both forms are acceptable. Adidas' is the most widely used, but Adidas's is also technically correct as well. There isn't a grammatical rule stating you have to leave that last "s" off when the word you are trying to give possession to already ends in "s."

Nope.
BBDE is right on this one.:nerd:
As long as "Adidas", is a singular noun, an s should be added after the apostrophe to indicate possession.
In case of a plural, which in this case would correctly be spelled "Adidases", only an apostrophe would be added to make it possessive.
