View Full Version : How the Forney/Gainesville game will end

<opinion>I tried to be nice, and say, "yeah, i think it will be a pretty close game," but after looking more at the stats I am more confident than ever that forney will.....well.....basically beat them by 30+.

I have two words: Forney/Muleshoe

Everyone talked big about Muleshoe and how they were going to give forney a fight....and well....maybe they did for the first couple minutes.

Now take that older team and multiply the offense by 2. You have the jackrabbits of 03-04.

Forney will have no problem with Gainesville unless they pull an Everman and fumble 10 times.

If I am wrong then by all means I will have no problem serving myself up some thanksgiving leftover crow. </opinion>

mleshoe was also not a Region 2 team....this gainsville team will be much better than muleshoe. Forney's outside linebak chased down their stud tail back in 2000....that wont happen against gainsville....there wont be any outside linebackers chasing down any gainsville runners

Everman fumbled about 10 times, but they only lost 2 of them. You look at the total yards in that game and they were about even.

Oh yeah, Forney by at least 17.

Surferboy, stats have nothing to do with this game. Did you ever stop and think about how many times Gville might have had a short field. Why don't you do that. Forney could be the one in for long day.

they only lost two of them but the other ones theygot back turned it into 2nd and 18 and 3rd and 15 situations!

Forney could be the one in for long day.Yes....a team with a runningback averaging over 10 yards a carry must have short fields at every possession. :rolleyes: especially when he usually gains upwards of 250 yrds a game.
