NFL kicking

Are NFL kickers not as accurate as they used to be? It just seems in the last few years that the kicking game for many teams has really slid.

(Maybe I'm just jaded because the Cowboys haven't had a dependable kicker for years. :confused: )

They just don't teach em like they used to.

The NFL doesn't pay kickers (or punters) as much as the other players. We have to remember that nowadays great kickers can make more money playing soccer.
