Just to clarify for everyone that keeps saying something about a whistle.

The whistle does not kill the play, the play kills the play. If a guy is down the play is over, whistle or no whistle.

Heard had no idea Dodge was down, he was running in a different direction. And quit acting like the hit occured 10 seconds after the play was over. Heard hit him about a second, maybe a second and a half after Dodge fell down.
