Should the 2006 playoffs count... [Archive]

as "playing in December?" This is the first year in a while where the 3rd round of the playoffs is taking place in December. Traditionally, that phrase is reserved for Week 4 (the state semis in Div 1 and state quarters in Div 2) when we are down to a much more elite field of teams.

Plus...this is just another way to take a poke at Snyder! ;)

DECEMBER IS DECEMBER NO MATER WHAT DATE THE FIRST IS. IF IT WAS ON SUNDAY THIS WEEK THEN PROBABLY THE TEAMS PLAYING WOULDN'T BE PLAYING IN DECEMBER! NOVEMBER IS NOVEMBER! THIS WEEK THE 30TH HAPPENS ON THURSDAY!
THAT IS THE BREAKS!

SO WHOEVER IS PLAYING TODAY OR TOMORROW IS PLAYING FOOTBALL IN DECEMBER! QUE SERA SERA!

HENCE THE 2006 PLAYOFF GAMES PLAYED TODAY AND TOMORROW COUNT AS BEING PLAYED IN DECEMBER! THEY ARE ON DECEMBER THE FIRST AND SECOND!

Ad of course in 2008 these games will probably be played in November so they can't get credit for being playing in December then. ;)
