have any of you guys ever used this XP security console??

My apt complex is paying me to lock down some public access computers, and this seems like it should work pretty good, but I would like some legitimate input from you folks who know computers...
I will ultimately need to shut off access to control panel, display properties, remove installation abilities, remove ability to save to hard disk, etc...
Basically all the users need to do is get online, use the programs on the machine (MS Office), and save to their own floppy discs/flash drives....
