View Full Version : UT gets awesome Volleyball recruits!

They are Juliann Faucette, a 6'2" outside/opposite hitter from San Diego, CA and Jennifer Doris, a 6'5" bmiddle blocker from Houston. These ladies are rated as the top No. 2 and No. 3 Recruits in the Country and were stars on the USA Junior Volleyball team this past summer. We missed out on the top recruit Alexandra Klineman who decided to go to Stanford.
This is a great class anyway and I am not sure if there are others to sign with the scholarship limitations.
In addition we have a verbal commitment for 2008 from junior Sydney Yogi from Hawaii. She is shown below. She was also on the team with the other two ladies and is considered the outstanding libero of her class. Good news indeed!

It looks like Juliann is excited to be a Horn. Isn't this inspiring - a girl from California wearing a VY football jersey. Good news indeed. Welcome to Austin Juliann!
