Harris County teen injured after SUV surfing

A 15-year-old boy was injured when he was trying to "car surf" on a sports utility vehicle in southwest Harris County neighborhood overnight, according to televised news reports.
The teen jumped onto the moving SUV, which was loaded with more teenagers. The teen was not able to hold on the vehicle and fell off, and was ran over.
The teen was airlifted to Memorial Hermann Hospital and is in serious condition. There will be not charges filed against the driver of the SUV, police said.
