UT lost to the defending champions Portland 2 - 0. It was still a great season as they advanced to the sweet 16 and had a great year.
The Lady Aggies advanced to the elite 8 but have to face No. 1 North Carolina Sunday at North Carolina. :( North Carolina has won many national championships in soccer but it has been competitive for them the past five years.

What a bummer of the deal that the NCAA gave these two great teams in the playoffs. They owe us one. Hopefully, they will repay in the future.

A&M beat UNC earlier this year in Carolina so they have done it before. Good Luck to the Aggies!

Actually, we beat them here at College Station. It sucks that we have to play them now at their place. They are going to be aching for some payback.
