Greenwood vs. Clint

Anyone have any predictions on this game? Clint is 9-1. I know they were beaten by Monahans in district, but are they good? Anyone out there know anything about them?

I talked to someone from Monahans earlier in the chat. She said they are a pretty scrappy team and she was thinking their #8 was the one that gave them fits. She personally didn't think Greenwood would have any problems with them!

That is all I have heard about them so far!

No Clue. Greenwood also has a good record and they are capable of beating anyone at any time. Sounds like Clint has it together as well. I won't make a prediction but I gotta root for our district in this one.

I went to watch the game between clint and monahans. Clint wasn't that bad, but they just couldn't tackle our runningbacks. So yall should be able to have a solid running attack on them. Number 8 is their key player and plays just about every position on offense. Greenwood should take this one farely easy.

If it helps any they beat pecos by 7, probaly had a hard time containing pecos's running back. Greenwood probaly by as much as they want.:)

Clint is a scrappy team. Thier QB weighs about 150 pounds but they run alot of option out of the wishbone and I, the qb never, and I say about 95% of the time he keeps the ball. They like playaction to the TE out of the bone. The fullback is a decent sized boy. Have heart but no where what they would need to beat Greenwood. Greenwood by 28.

Since I've never heard of Clint till this year, Im going with Greenwood lol

Wouldn't surprise me if we have a similar game with Clint as Snyder had with Brownfield...Even at the half and then Greenwood pulls away in the 2nd half.

The boys have been hearing that Clint is not that good (not from the coaches). They also know that Monahans beat Clint 48-6 this year and we looked pretty good against Monahans in a scrimmage this year. We may be a little over confident this week.

I'm sure they are getting warned by the coaches but you know how hard it is to change a teenagers mind once they think they know something!

In 1994, Greenwood and Clint played in the 1st round of the playoffs. Greenwood won 57-21.

It was Greenwood's first ever playoff win.

Clint is 0-10 in playoffs. Never won a playoff game.

Yep frade so. At 9-1 they did well. But Greenwood can beat anybody on any given day. Roll on GREENWOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
