Congratulations to the Pirates. I think the last time they won a playoff game might've been when they had Mario Kinsey playing QB back in the late 90's. This season might be exactly what they need down there in Bellmead. LaVega is one school that has confounded me quite a bit over the years. They have so much talent in the school and if they ever get it together on a consistent basis then they can be one of the best teams in the state year after year with the caliber of players they have to choose from.
