I heard that Abilene High is using Jones next weekend. I didnt think Tech let high schools use it.

Of course that is understandable if you have natural grass.

I heard the same thing. Ever since the name changed to Jones SBC and now Jones AT&T there haven't been HS games played on it.

Holiday played there a few years ago against Iraan in the 2A quarters.

Its a state supported college. They danged sure should let high schools use it for playoffs.

The deal is that Tech must finish its home season first. The big hangup is rental would be much higher than other stadiums. That's why the games are usually late in the playoffs.
