He's a very good QB and a darn good golfer - been to the State Golf Tourney the last 2 years (maybe 3) as an individuall medalist :clap:

yeah, Baker was amazing...he just proved to everybody that was at the game tonight that it is possible for one player to win a game by himself. After Bandera drove down and scored on the opening drive, we kicked it deep, and they reversed it to 7 and he took it to the house, where they missed the extra point. Bandera had two straight 3 and outs, and La Vernia took advantage, making the game 15-7. Bandera scored next on a run, and failed the two point conversion. Then they matched touchdowns before half, and LaVernia went in with a 22-20 lead at half. Eventually, LaVernia was up 42-28, with about 6 minutes left. Bandera got a good return, then scored with a 4th down touchdown pass. Bandera just couldnt stop Baker after that, as he converted a fourth down and about 30 with a 33 yard run. He was the whole team, and he did it and made it look good. Good luck to La Vernia, and Baker, not much of a difference there. Everybody should vote for him for POTW, he got it done in every possible way yet again for La Vernia, Im not sure on his stats, but I am definitely going to nominate him when I can get my hands on them. Just an amazing player.
