I don't think Velt ever did fully recover from losing to Madison. It's still a really good win though for Kennedale. Velt right now is probably where Madison was at in 2004. They're still in the beginning stages of getting back to how good they used to be. Oh well I'm sure Velt's basketball team won't mind getting all those kids back a little early. :)
