Harris Picks

I keep hearing about the Harris Picks picking this team or that team.
Last I heard, the Harris Poll doesn't play the games, the players do.

I agree..the players DO play the game....but we still have the 3adownlow pickem....and we still try and guess.....and we still have fun.....isn't that what it is all about??:confused: :confused:

I don't think he's saying the Harris is bad and a bad idea, I think he is discussing the stock that people put into polls like Harris...

Ohhh....I guess we are just backasswards in W. Texas...I have NEVER heard anyone refer to the Harris Poll when predicting a teams win/loss!

you'll see it enough if you open up any thread about a game on here... they go back to harris polls and massey ratings as if it were the bible... they're pretty good for making predictions I'd say, but people sure do believe these polls to be the gospel...
