I believe Diboll is going to upset Palestine in the first round the quarterback that played for Jasper in 2004 plays for Diboll now and i believe he will get a second shot at winning a State Championship

I agree. Diboll has always been my "sleeper" team this season. I just thought they'd be in Division II. No one thought Carthage would miss the playoffs.'

I remember telling the Cuero posters on this board several weeks ago to watch out for Diboll. Now it's Gilmer who may have to watch out.

All roads lead to Gilmer...they should cruise through their bracket to state, but I see the state game being the first real game for them all season, because every team in the state will compete once you are on that platform, in that atmosphere.

Just wondering but has LE lost some kids to injury or grades? They were a Pre-Season favorite as well. Have a bunch of kids back from last year's Semi-Finalist team. Gilmer better not overlook them.
