I think that's her name... kinda like Judge Judy, 'cept Judge Maria Lopez...
anyway, I was watching a HS scoreboard type deal on one of our Houston channels last night and flipped over to Judge Maria Lopez and I just wanted to puke... this lady is #1: Stupid and #2: Anti-Man...
The case was about a lady and her ex-fiance because he left her at the altar... she wanted him to have to pay for everything she had put toword the wedding since he never showed up to the wedding...
The guy is a male escort, which technically is legal from my understanding... the guy says (maybe lying, but says) that he'd just go out to dinner with the ladies, most of them were older and/or married and just wanted a young man going out with them so that they could feel better about themselves...
Well the lady says she was upset because she was paying for everything yet the guy always said "I be pickin' tha lint outta their pockets"... everyone here can agree that's a figure of speech which means these ladies will pay anything over and over again to have a male companion... that's not the man's fault, if the women want to keep paying him then why not take the money, esspecially if it's legal...
Well anyway, when Judge Anti-Man Maria Lopez asks him why he left the lady at the altar, he says a buncha stuff which the lady admitted to, like spraying him with pepper spray etc... he also mentions that the lady's cousin was a prostitute and had a guy over and that his ex-fiance had hidden under the bed they were having sex in so she could take money out of that guy's pocket to help pay for the wedding... the lady admitted to it, and the guy didn't agree that it was right...
Judge Maria Lopez says "Wait, it's okay for you to pick the lint out of womens' pockets, yet she can't take money out of a man's wallet?" my jaw just dropped...
At the end Judge Maria Lopez's last statement was "Girl you don't need to get back to this man, once a lint picker, always a lint picker"... I mean the jaws in the crowd were wide-open, like "Damn I'm glad the tickets to this circus were free because I wouldn't pay to see this amount of stupidity"...
I hope this lady isn't a real judge, she's just wack...
