Thadeus Wilkerson (Needville) - 39 carries 319 yds 1 td.....

2nd 300+ game this year....

Finishes the season with 1,725 yds and 20 tds.

He's a junior.....



QB Joel Ansley and receiver Jamial Shelton of Wharton... Joel Ansley hooked up with Jamial Shelton for the game winning TD in OT against Needville to clinch a freakin' playoff spot... can't get any bigger than that (unless someone else did it too)...

Shelton hauled in 6 passes for 65 yards and QB Joel Ansley rushed for 126 yards on 21 carries... wish I could have told you how much he threw for, but yet again, I'm getting this from the Victoria Advocate, so I'm surprised they told me which team they're from... so we'll say he was 6-6 for 65 yards (unless you know, Crow)...

How is this voting even close? Wilkerson CLEARLY should be the POW.

Why shouldn't it be close?

Ansley accounted for 263 yds. and 3 TD's, one of them being the game winner in Overtime against Needville and Thaddeus Wilkerson(sp?).

I think that is pretty good?
