Divison I and II Playoff Pickem?

Are we going to do this again this year?
I think Keith 7 set it up last year, and he is ROM.

I remember going to bracketmaker and picking teams all the way through to the state finals and gettng points if your predictions were correct. I enjoyed it.

Anyone know how to set it up?

I went back and searched to see who set this up in 2004 and 2005. I see that the guys that worked on it before are both ROM.

They also started working early and we all had to have our picks in by Wed., that would be like this Wed. Might be too late to get this going. Unless someone out there does not have three kids, teach, take 6 hours of master level courses, and check on the downlow several times a day.

i use those brackets few months ago to run some other tourneys and it worked great. And it could be setup to accept any day and time to put in your picks, so like Thursday by 6 pm could be a deadline. i was just wondering about that yesterday why WOS87 didnt use this format. Lets hope he can use these once he reads the reponses:thumbsup:

It was pretty straightforward... Division I bracket is up. I'm waiting for the official word from the UIL before putting Division II up as I've gotten conflicting info on who's playing who between Madison/Lake Worth and Glen Rose/West. Deadline is currently Thursday 11/16 at 6pm Central time for 1st round picks. The Link below will take you there....

This is my third season on the downlow. I don't post much. (only on the practice squad) The downlow adds another dimension to the playoffs, talking to people all over the state, pulling for their teams, just makes Texas high school football even better.

IMO it doesn't matter what a teams' overall record is. Some teams play a weaker pre-district schedule, might have a 7-3 record and it looks good on paper, but doesn't prepare them for post-season play. :p

the first predict has the whole thing which has ur first weeks pick. after first week results are entered then it have to predict the next round.

Just be aware that the official UIL bracket has still not been completed so there are a couple of matchups that potentially could be changed.... (specifically the Districts 11 vs. 12 and 19 vs. 20 division II matchups). You can go ahead and put your predictions in now but make sure to check to see if there were any changes in the bracket before Thursday so you will have time to go back in and change your picks. I will post IN BOLD as publically as I can ANY changes that are made from this point on. I'm really not predicting any as I'm 90% certain that the matchups I have on the brackets are correct.
