Dude, convince the corporate bosses that you need it on your fairways. Tell 'em you could save them thousands annually in water and fertilizer, not to mention the labor savings from not having to mow. Then just work out a deal with the installers to narrow the fairways a little and get them to install the remnants on your lawn.

I have no dog, just children that like to play in the mud.

let 'em be kids! mud won't hurt 'em - the rubber pelletes in the field turf just might ...

I wonder why we don't see field turf in the fairways of some golf courses in West Texas. Well...probably the few million $$$ it would cost to get it put down keeps them away...

I wonder what the life span of field turf is vs what you will pay for a lawn mower (esp a riding one) + water, gas, maintenance, and time.

I do remember that the Wynn Las Vegas uses field turf outside instead of natural grass.

money is no object when yard of the month is on the line. hank hill should look into it so his yard is continually nicer than Kahn's.

this states about 20 years. It also says it pays for itself in about 3 years when compared to natural grass with an irrigation system.

What about pets?
Eco Alliance Synthetic Grass is pet friendly. Cleaning animal feces is No Difference than natural grass. Simply use a rake, pooper scooper, and water holes to clean.

WATER HOLES? Did they mean Water Hose?
